I have been working as a Certified Massage Therapist since 2005 after graduating from The Greater Washington Institute of Massage in Fairfax, Virginia. I am board certified with The National Certification Board for Massage Therapy and Bodywork, a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and hold massage licensing with the Fairfax County Board of Nursing. I am a 1996 graduate from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, concentrating in Child and Adolescent Development. I have worked in private practice, gyms, and chiropractic offices. I specialize in therapeutic massage to promote wellness and recovery for her clients. I am educated in several massage modalities such as deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, cupping, reflexology, pediatric massage and for those with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am a member of the Down Syndrome Association of Northern Virginia and have previously sat on the Board of Directors and was the Volunteer Coordinator for several years. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking and baking.
